IN EXCELLENT CONDITION: 4 comfortable berths, a manual toilet and sink, a kitchenette with a sink and two gas burners. The electrical system is working, with a working battery charger, two batteries with battery isolators, an electric windlass with controls from both the bow and cockpit, and an anchor with 35 meters of chain. All exterior and interior woodwork has been redone, the 12 HP, two-cylinder inboard engine was removed and completely overhauled in 2021, and the standard annual maintenance has been performed. The hull is intact, the propeller has folding blades, the tiller is in place, and the Blaupunkt FM radio has been performed. A sailing license is not required. INSTRUMENTATION: 2 storm jibs, mainsail (with mainsail cover), jib, staysail, large genoa, medium genoa, drifter, Seafarer depth sounder, Garmin 230 GPS, manual and electric bilge pumps.
