If you are a private, when you register enter or reply to an advert we ask you to provide us with some data needed to use our service.

• other data relating to the subject of your advertisement (for example, when placing an advertisement for the sale of your vehicle we ask you for the make, model, year of registration and other information relevant)

If you provide personal data of third parties, such as those of your family or friends, you must be sure that these subjects have been adequately informed and have consented to the relevant processing in the manner described by this information.

Data of children under 16

If you are under 16 you cannot provide us with any personal data nor you can register on our platform, and in any case we do not assume responsibility for any false statements provided by you. If we become aware of the existence of untrue statements, we will proceed with the immediate cancellation of any personal data acquired.

If you are a professional

If you are a professional, when you create a professional account you are asked to provide us with some data:

• company name, VAT number, contact name, email address, telephone number
• other data: professional category and complete address

We collect the following data through the services you use:

• technical data: for example IP address, browser type, information about your computer, data relating to the current (approximate) location of the tool you are using;
• data collected using cookies or similar technologies: for further information, please visit the "Cookies" section.

We use your data to guarantee you access to our services and their provision, including:

• use of features "favorites" and "saved searches"
• communications connected to the provision of the service
• messaging between users (Info request)
• contact with Customer Service

• activities of an administrative, financial or accounting nature, such as those relating to the purchase of paid services and possible credit recovery

These treatments are necessary to correctly provide www.trovobarche.it services to users who join it.

We also use your data to improve and implement the service, through the following treatments:

• detection of your current position (approximate) to facilitate the use of some functions of the service, such as viewing adverts from users close to you
• communications relating to services similar to those used by you
• market research, optional surveys and activities to detect the degree of user satisfaction

We use the data collected, if you have expressly given us consent, to inform you about activities promotional items that may interest you.

• notify you of activities promotional, commercial and advertising on events, initiatives or partnerships of www.trovobarche.it, via e-mail, sending SMS or push notifications; only if you are a professional, for telephone calls via operator, customer care service consisting of the offer of dedicated sales and after-sales services
• do activities of analysis and reporting connected to promotional communication systems, such as for example the detection of the number of opened e-mails, the clicks made on the links present within the communication, the type of device used to read the communication and the relevant operating system or the list of those unsubscribed from the newsletter.

We process the data collected, if you have expressly given us your consent, to analyze your consumption habits or choices in order to offer you an increasingly efficient service. personalized and in line with your interests and to improve our commercial offer. In any case, these analyzes are not related to an automated decision-making process.

• bodies and authorities administrative and judicial by virtue of of legal obligations

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union for processing by some of our service providers. In this case, we ensure that this transfer takes place in compliance with current legislation and that an adequate level of protection of personal data is guaranteed based on an adequacy decision, on standard clauses defined by the European Commission or on Binding Corporate Rules.
